Rogue Cowboy | Personal Project
Branching off from my Redneck image making project, Rogue Cowboy is a sequence of frames depicting the struggle of the cowboy clinging to the rural lifestyle in a modern world. Utilizing found imagery and collage making techniques, this sequence conveys the struggle between the old life and the new by juxtaposing cowboy imagery with the man-made, artificial nature of halftone. The underlying message imparts the idea of the rebellious cowboy spirit fighting against the permeation of modernity at its core.
